They have a terrible level of customer service. The cashier and commercial service employees did not look me in the face when I demanded that they return a debit card that was unlawfully retained. A lack of respect, it doesn't even qualify as customer service. There is no human quality. At no time did they offer me a response or solution or speak to a manager in charge.

I think it is the worst itau there is.... estimated time for attention 4 hours, if not left without system... a shame!!!!!
